The Visiting Nurse Association on Indiana County offers a wide range of home health, and hospice and palliative care services.

Comprised of the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) and its sister organization, VNA Extended Home Care, the VNA provides supportive, compassionate care that recognize patients as members of our community family.

VNA offices are located in the Medical Arts Building on the campus of the Indiana Regional Medical Center.

VNA Home Health Care Services

Skilled Nursing, Home Health Aides, Telehealth monitoring (Honeywell HomMed), Psychiatric nursing,(WOCN) Wound ostomy and continence nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical social Work, Maternal child health, Cancer care, Nutrition counseling, Rehabilitation nursing, Intravenous Therapy.

VNA Family Hospice and Palliative Care Services

Coordination of Care in the home, Couseling and support for patient and family, Pain and symptom control, Spriitual counseling for patient and family, Volunteer companionship, Bereavement program for families, Education and consultation for professional and community groups.

VNA Extended Home Care (Private duty and supportive services)

Personal Care services, Companion services, Homemaker/housekeeper, PDA Waiver provider, Corporate wellness, Telemonitoring (Honeywell HomMed), Mom and Baby Club, Nursing Services, Geriatric Care management, In-home respite care.
