Linda Bettinazzi
President and CEO

Linda Bettinazzi is the President and CEO of the Visiting Nurse Association of Indiana County, as well as VNA Extended Home Care.  A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Linda has lived in Indiana County for the last 24 years.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1973 and has completed post graduate work at Indiana University of PA towards an MBA.  For over 30 years, Linda has practiced in many varied fields of nursing.  Her experience includes hospital staff nursing, nursing faculty member, MD office manager and nurse, varied home health experience including 6 years as Director of Hospice at the Visiting Nurse Association.  In 2001, Linda began her tenure as CEO.  She serves on numerous boards and committees both locally and nationally.  Linda has also acted as faculty member and speaker at the National Association of Homecare, American Association of Homes and Services for Aging, State PA Home Care Association, PA Health Care Association as well as local organizations.

Debbie Bier
Director, Home Health

Debbie Bier is the Director of Home Health Care for the Visiting Nurse Association of Indiana County.  A graduate of Indiana Hospital School of Nursing, Debbie received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing from Saint Joseph's College of Maine.  Her experience includes Med/Surg Nursing at Indiana Regional Medical Center and 29 years of employment in various positions at the Visiting Nurse Association.  Certifications include American Nurses Association in Community Health Nursing and National Association of Home Care as Home Health and Hospice Executive.

Marion Nugent
Director, Hospice and Palliative Care

Marion Nugent is Director of Hospice and Palliative Care.  A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Marion has lived in Indiana for 22 years.  She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and is certified in Hospice and Palliative Nursing.  Marion's work experience includes Neonatal Intensive Care at Magee Women's Hospital, childbirth educator, physician's office nursing, Hospice volunteer, Hospice staff nurse.  Marion has been with the Visiting Nurse Association since 1995, and a director since 2001.

Maureen Bonatch
Director, Client Services
VNA Extended Home Care

Maureen Bonatch has been the Director of Client Services for VNA Extended Home Care since February 2003.  As a native of Indiana County, Maureen received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and Master's degree in Nursing Administration from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  She also has been certified as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).  Other areas of experience include work in nursing education, psychiatric nursing and women's reproductive health.

Lisa Weber MBA, CHCE

Acting Cheif Financial Officer

Lisa is a senior manager at Simione Healthcare Consultants, and is Acting Chief Financial Officer for the Visiting Nurse Association as of November 2011.

Betsy DeGory
Director, Funds Development

Betsy DeGory had ten years of experience in educational fundraising in Pittsburgh and Indiana before becoming involved with the Visiting Nurse Association; first as a member of what was then the VNA/Hospice Foundation Board (1995-97) and then as the Foundation's Executive Director (1997-2004).  When the Foundation merged with the VNA agency in 2004, she became the Director of the new Funds Development Division.  With the leadership of a committed Board and volunteers, Betsy's efforts have resulted in the steady growth of gifts and grants from individuals, businesses, corporations, foundations, and government agencies. 

June Stewart
Coordinator, Community Education

June Stewart is the Visiting Nurse Association's Coordinator of Community Education.  A native of Ridgway, PA, June has lived in Indiana since 1981.  She is a graduate of Sharon General Hospital School of Nursing, Sharon, PA with experience that includes work in Neonatal Intensive Care at Dubois, PA, as a home care staff nurse within the VNA, and as a hospice nurse in the early years of VNA Family Hospice.  June has been Coordinator of Community Education since 1999, providing information about VNA services and health care programs for patients, families, community groups, referral sources and physicians.
