Extended Home Care services are primarily provided to patients who do not meet strict medical necessity criteria.

Payment is self pay, or by third party long-term care insurance. Through contractual arrangement with Aging Services, Inc., VNA Extended Home care services are also offered to those who meet non-Medicare eligibility requirements.
